Oasis International, or any of its affiliates selling any goods or services hereunder (“Seller”), agrees to sell the goods and services designated on the face hereof (“Product,” “products”) to the person or entity purchasing hereunder (“Customer”) according to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”).

ORDERS

Orders placed on our Web site are subject to acceptance of these Terms. All orders shall be subject to acceptance by us. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that all personal information you have entered for the order is valid. Acceptance of orders by us is subject to credit approval and other conditions that may be set by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any order and/or prevent access to our Web site at any time, with or without cause. After completion of the checkout process, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order. The order confirmation will list products you have ordered, an order number, your shipping address and a delivery method. Please inform us immediately if there are any errors in your order.

PAYMENT TERMS:
We will process your credit card when we ship your order. We will NOT charge your credit card until after your order is in the process of being shipped. If we are unable to supply the product that you have ordered, we will contact you by email or phone, and your credit card will not be charged. All orders shall be subject to acceptance by us. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS:
Promotion codes are redeemed at the end of the ordering process after your payment information has been entered. Enter your promotion code, and then move on to next checkout section. Promotional discounts will be noted in your order summary. Any discounts we offer are time limited and are dependent on the availability of the product ordered.

PRICING:
All prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars. Published prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are as in effect at the time of shipment. Prices do not include any taxes, freight, handling, duty or other similar charges, payment of which will be the sole responsibility of Customer. We reserve the right to change prices and specifications without notice. SHIPPING POLICIES AND DELIVERY:
OasisFilters.com accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Oasisfilters.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice. OasisFilters.com is required to add sales tax for merchandise based on the applicable state sales tax rate at the location to which the order is being shipped. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change or cancel it until you have received your order. All returns of merchandise are subject to the OasisFilters.com Return Policy..

RETURN POLICY:

For all orders placed online at www.oasisfilters.com we offer a 100% guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a refund or an exchange of equal or lesser value within 30 days of the purchase date.

We do not refund the original shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error we made in filling your order. In this case, we will provide you with information so that you may return your order via UPS.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Oasis products that you purchased from any other source. We only accept items that were purchased from Oasisfilters.com.

Be sure to include a copy of your sales receipt that shows the date and order number of your purchase.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Our liability will be limited as set forth in these Terms. These Terms do not limit liability for any fraudulent misrepresentation or our liability in the event of death or personal injury due to our negligence

We will not have any liability to Customers or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms from any circumstances beyond our control, including those caused by force majeure. “Force majeure shall include, without limitation to, acts of God, wars, terrorism, lightning strikes, riots, earthquakes, storms, floods, explosions, labor disputes, strikes, acts in compliance with any laws and regulations or orders and any other cause which is out of the control of Oasis International.

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS:
Products sold by Oasis International may be covered by manufacturers’ warranties, and any warranty information will be included with your product. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OASIS SHALL, AT ITS DISCRETION, EITHER REPLACE OR REPAIR THE DEFECTIVE PART OR PARTS OF THE PRODUCT OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR SUCH PART OR PARTS AFTER NOTIFICATION OF THE DEFECT AND RETURN OF SUCH PRODUCT BY CUSTOMER TO OASIS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
